Legal Analyst – Commercial Contracts

About the Role

Counselect is looking for a Legal Analyst for a 6-month secondment in Delhi (on-site).

• Location: Delhi (On-site)
• Engagement: 6-month secondment
• Experience: 2–4 Years

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in commercial contracts, procurement agreements, EPC or project contracts
• Exposure to hydro, energy, engineering or infrastructure sectors preferred
• Strong drafting, contract review and risk assessment skills
• Ability to collaborate with legal, procurement and business teams
• Comfortable using AI tools for legal research, contract review, summarisation and drafting
