About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer with strong hands-on knowledge of Core Python and Core Java to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training on Core Python and Core Java
• Explain programming concepts, OOPs, data structures, exception handling and multithreading
• Conduct practical coding sessions, assignments and assessments
• Guide students through real-time projects and coding exercises
• Help students improve their programming logic and problem-solving skills
• Mentor students and resolve technical doubts
• Prepare training materials, exercises and project-based learning content
• Conduct mock interviews and support students with interview preparation
• Keep training content aligned with current industry requirements

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Python and Core Java
• Good understanding of OOPs, Data Structures and Algorithms
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git/GitHub
• Previous experience as a Technical Trainer, Python Trainer or Java Trainer
