About the Role

• Experience: Freshers to 3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve HR-related queries and provide timely support
• Audit incoming documents and upload/index them into the document storage system for retention
• Audit team member records and ensure data accuracy and quality
• Use online resources and process documentation to stay updated on procedures and job responsibilities
• Maintain productivity, quality, and service delivery standards
• Support critical worksets during Business Continuity Planning (BCP) situations
• Identify error trends and contribute to continuous quality improvement
• Mentor and support new team members and peak-season contractors through training
• Adapt to new learnings and identify process improvement opportunities
• Develop business skills, critical thinking, and creative reasoning
• Participate in application testing and share feedback, insights, and learnings
• Deliver results effectively within a short learning period
