We are looking for someone with Copado skills and a knack for solving tricky technical problems, who thrives on troubleshooting, loves helping customers succeed and wants to build serious expertise on the Copado platform.

What You'll Own

• Manage and resolve customer case queues efficiently
• Troubleshoot and fix issues across the Copado platform
• Be the customer's advocate and deliver support that actually helps
• Turn your learnings into knowledge base content that helps the whole team

What You Bring

• Hands-on Copado experience (non-negotiable)
• Solid grip on Salesforce and DevOps practices
• Comfortable with XML, APIs, CLI, SQL and reading error logs

Preferred Skills

• Node.js, React, Java or Python
• Copado Admin/Developer certification
