Analyst - Asset Transfer

Client: Morgan Stanley - IWM Asia Operations (Asset Transfer)
Location: Bengaluru
Work Model: Hybrid
Experience: 3-5 Years
Shift Timing: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM IST
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash and securities transfer requests, including payments and receipts
• Handle payment instructions, SWIFT-related transactions and settlement activities
• Investigate transaction discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
• Ensure transaction accuracy, follow risk and control procedures, and escalate issues when required
• Support reconciliation, journals and process improvement activities

Must-Have Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant banking or financial operations experience
• Good understanding of cash and securities flows
• Knowledge of SWIFT and payment/settlement processes
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and risk awareness

Preferred Skills

• Reconciliation, advanced Excel, Alteryx, UiPath or automation tools
