MIS & Reporting Analyst - Thane, Maharashtra

About the Role

Buyerr is looking for an MIS & Reporting Analyst who can manage client campaign reporting, dashboards and data analysis while ensuring high levels of accuracy and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources
• Maintain client-wise and campaign-wise reporting trackers
• Track campaign KPIs including participation, redemptions, transactions and fulfilment
• Create, maintain and update Power BI dashboards
• Analyse large datasets and identify trends, discrepancies and performance patterns
• Prepare customized reports as per client requirements
• Support Client Servicing teams with data for client presentations and business reviews
• Coordinate with Technology, Finance and Client Servicing teams
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and reduce manual effort

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis or a similar role
• Strong hands-on MS Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard creation
• Experience handling large datasets
• Good understanding of data cleaning, validation and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to independently manage multiple reports and timelines
