Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential donors at public locations across Delhi NCR
• Explain the organisation's mission, programmes and impact
• Build rapport with individuals and motivate them to support the cause
• Achieve daily and weekly fundraising targets
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and collections
• Represent the organisation professionally and positively
• Attend daily team briefings and share progress with the Team Leader

Skills & Competencies

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Confident, friendly and approachable personality
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Target-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in the field for up to 8 hours a day
• Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
